Cargo wharfage at Anchor Area dose not include labour for stevedoring.

In case of storage at Strage Area, examption priod is 15 days after the completion date of unloading fron vessel. If the cargo however has not been loaded to vessel during the allowed exemption period, the rule of item No.2041 will be applicable to that cargo relative to the examption period (which will be reduced to 3 days or 1 day, as applicable) and relative charges. Anyhow, incase of cargo from foreign countries, after the allowed exemption period, the storage charges will be started to collect at daily rate from the 16th day after the completion date of unloading from vessel.
