Purpose and concept:
That for Leam Chanbang port have a guesthouse and multi purpose convention
center as principle and reason are
As accommodations for the port's VIP and important guests
To accommodate special occasion meetings such as The Port Authority of Thailand's councils' meeting. The convention centre will be equipped with modern hi-technology facilities to ensure successful conference. Occasionally, it will also being use to hold private meetings which could earn some profits back to the port.
In the future, it could be renovated to accommodate either tourists from the cruisers or the high-purchasing-power foreign tourists. With its beautiful landscape, good architects will encourage the foreigners.
It will be a public recreational area for the people of the Thai Kingdom to visit and admire the achievement of the port as it is one of the national treasures.
