Purpose and concept:
1. Pre - delivery Inspector
The Government has a policy to support and promote the country's automobile industries to become a significant automobile producer and exporter in Asia in a very short time. As a result, it will also promote the whole country's logistics system.
The LCP Development Plan's policy has stated to prepare an alternative area to support the increment of produced vehicles that lacks enough space to line up, which the producers are currently facing the problem.
Currently, the parking space for vehicles to line up of the A1 and A5 berths seem to face insufficient parking space problem, directly affecting the whole country's export capacities. The LCP Administrative Plan has stated to utilize the port's rear area to increase the administrative capabilities and managerial incomes, which, whatever activities to be chosen, should make the most profit.
The automobile industries have a tendency to increase the export capacity, which expected to send out up to 1 million units per year in this very short time.
Since the automobile industries have a high value-added-per-unit, and also there is a high demand for using the pre - delivery Inspector in the LCP area, these activities could specify the service fee higher than other activities which have lower value-added-per-unit and lower demand.
Currently, unfortunately, there is still no usage in the port's rear area for those mentioned activities. However, studies shown that there is high demand of using land for parking lots and for the pre - delivery inspector.
2. Truck terminal
To organize and arrange the parking lot for trucks and trailers in LCP to be order.
To manage and utilize the space to receive incomes from the parking fees.

To provide the truck and trailer drivers basic facilities and services, increasing drivers convenient and the access for vehicle maintenance.
2.4 The indirect advantage for LCP is the reduction of the traffic congestion especially during rush hour.
2.5 Currently, unfortunately, there is still no land usage in this kind of activity, causing the abundance of truck and trailers flooded in public areas.
Target : To have the sufficient area to support the expansion of the automobile industries which is growing rapidly and also the LCP could earn extra income from the land utilization.

Consider the bid results
Endorse the design contract and prepare documents for the submitting of the construction bid
