The principle and reason

Since the government has policy for harbor department and commercial navy to respond for navigate only at Chaophraya river (Bangkok port) and other navigate other port should give a chance for individual take to navigate that make more efficiency and role about completely transportation by sea that help for increasing to competing and support for freedom commercial in the future. The committee of port authority of Thailand has resolution at 10/2004 on august 22, 2004 was agreed to establish navigate individual company. Now, still in consider process of ministry of transportation that ask to approval from council of minister.

At present, harbor department has presented ministerial regulation to specify principle of navigation and navigation wage at Sriracha port area, Songkla port area and Mab thaput port area for support to establish navigate of Leam Chabang port as present at bill of ministerial regulation 3(9) to specify the ship has to be except do not navigate by government is ship that moor at Leam Chabang port as navigator of company at harbor department has established and approve from minister of ministry of transportation.

Target : Establish navigate individual company at Leam Chabang port after council of minister agrees by act of harbor department.

Performance method : Make a document for establish navigate individual company at Leam Chabang port by procedure and civil and commercial code.
